Q. How to get a customer code?

A. You can obtain a customer code via our chatbot or WhatsApp us at 89581234 after making a purchase or deposit on this website.

Q. What is this customer code for?

A. This customer code is for buyers to bid in livestreams, so we don't have to write out long names, as there are many cases where customers share the same name. A customer code gives you a unique identity to bid on our platform.

Q. I have previously paid for a courier in my first checkout. However, my 2nd checkout or more accumulates up to more than $100. Can I get my $5 back?

A. We will automatically credit $5 into your account on this website if your 2nd check out or more accumulates up to $100 or above. However, we might be overwhelmed during the spree and miss inputting the $5 credit into your account. If we do not return the $5 credit to you, please let us know via the chatbot or WhatsApp us at 89581234, and we will credit it to you immediately.

Q. What if there is a case of out of stock or order cancellation? Can I get my money back?

A. Please be assured that we will credit any items that are out of stock or cancelled back into your account. You can use these credits to purchase other items that are available in the store.

Q. What if I have leftover credits in my account? Can I withdraw it?

A. After every spree, we will refund the credits to your PayNow number and send you a text on it. We will not keep any credits with us. For China Spree this time, it is accumulated together with Bangkok Spree, and any balance credit will be refunded after Bangkok Spree. If you are in a rush to get back your credits even before the end of our spree, it is recommended not to purchase, as we might not be able to access our bank accounts while overseas, and this may confuse workers working for us.

Q. Why are there out-of-stock or missing orders? Other sellers don't seem to have much of this problem.

A. Firstly, as we take in preorders before flying to each country, it is bound to have out-of-stock orders as there are worldwide sellers out there taking the same stocks as us.

Secondly, as we have a huge load of orders, we can only cater according to the "first order first-served" basis. If you order fast, it is unlikely that you will encounter any out-of-stock items unless the shop ran out of the item before we send in the order.

Thirdly, as we engage in a 3rd party air freight service, there are cases where purchased goods are stolen/misplaced by the air freight service. We do not have evidence against them, so we are unable to take any action. We are disappointed when situations like this happen, too. But please be assured that you will NOT be charged for the stolen or misplaced goods.

Lastly, as most of the other sellers are selling mainly on livestreams, and they can take the stocks immediately and fulfil all of the orders. AJBL, on the other hand, targets both livestream and offline orders. We can fulfil your orders on livestream immediately, but for online orders, there are still chances of products being out of stock. Like what was being mentioned on the 3rd point, even if we have fulfilled your order, air freight staff may still misplace or steal it. We are trying our best, we also want to earn money so i seek your greatest understanding on this. Thank you for being kind and understanding!
